Shipping
- Processing time: Canadian orders ship within 1 business day. US orders ship within 1–3 business days. All orders ship from Brantford, Ontario.
- Canada: shipped by Canada Post (Regular or Expedited Parcel) or Purolator (Ground or Express), with tracking. Choose your option at checkout; shipping cost is calculated based on weight and destination. Free shipping on orders of $1,000 or more.
- United States: shipped by DHL Express or FedEx with tracking. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
- All sales are final, except for items that arrive defective or not as described.
- If your item arrives defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We cover return shipping for approved returns.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within about 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
- We don't offer exchanges.
