Refund policy

All sales are final, except for items that arrive defective or not as described.

If your item arrives defective or not as described, email sweaterandsole@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We cover return shipping for approved returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within about 10 business days.

We don’t offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, fit or size, so please check measurements and photos before you buy, and message us with any questions.
